They wanted to create a frozen treat that was safe and accessible for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions. With so many people suffering from allergies and food sensitivities, they knew there was a need for something familiar, yet exciting for all.

That's when they thought back to their childhood in New York and Italian ice rang a familiar bell for them both. Not only is it dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, but it's also incredibly delicious and refreshing. Inspired by the chubby cheeks of their little one, they set out to start a company that would bring smiles and chubby cheeks to everyone who tried their Italian ice.
